Booking Policy

To ensure your preferred appointment time, we recommend you schedule your appointment with as much advanced notice as possible. We require a valid credit card to be on file to book any appointment but you may pay in any format when you check out after your appointment. Clients who are willing to provide a credit card will have first priority to bookings and appointments.

We do not allow walk-in appointments. All clients are required to book appointment and provide a card on file via phone or online booking at least an hour and a half prior to your preferred appointment time.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that emergencies and life happens! If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation charge of $65 to the card on file (whether you have confirmed your appointment or not). This time will allow our office to schedule another client in your time slot. Our schedule is very full and we work hard to stay on time and accommodate clients committed to their appointment times. We appreciate your understanding that cancellation and/or rescheduling does create a loss of revenue for our Massage Therapists & Estheticians and directly affects their quality of life.

If you are canceling a Membership appointment, you may use a membership credit in place of the cancelation fee.

Not confirming an appointment does NOT indicate that you are cancelling an appointment; you must call, email, or message us 24 hours ahead of the appointment time to cancel or reschedule.


Day of Cancellation or No Shows

If you must cancel the day of an appointment or do not show up to your reserved appointment time, you will be charged for your full appointment cost to the card on file (whether you have confirmed your appointment or not). Please call the office if you are running late for your appointment so we can make the appropriate accommodations. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate your appointment but if we are unable to accommodate your service, we will have to reschedule and charge the $65 cancellation fee.

After 2 no-show appointments or 2 same-day cancellations, you will be unable to book unless your service is paid in full at the time of booking.

*For Longevity Wellness Members - after 2 no-show appointments or 2 same-day cancellations you will be charged a credit and the $65 cancelation fee.


If you are late to your appointment

To help us provide a great experience for all clients, we do our best to accommodate late arrivals to massage or facial appointments. However, if you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your service provider is NOT required to accommodate your appointment if you are over 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. Our service providers follow a tight schedule with other clients, so they will not be able to extend your appointment into the next reserved time slot.

If time allows, we’ll do our best to offer a shortened service with the time remaining.*

*Please remember that payment for the originally booked appointment is required, as that time is reserved just for you.


Day of Booking

If you are looking for a same day appointment, you must call or book at least an hour and a half ahead of preferred booking time so our service providers can prepare. If you book a same day appointment and do not show up to the appointment or cancel, the same above policies are implemented.


Membership Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your Longevity Wellness Monthly Membership, please send an email to info@charlestonlongevity.com to request our Membership Cancellation form. All unused credits will be lost 14 days after the date of cancellation.
