Infrared Sauna

A FAR Infrared Sauna is a sauna that engages FAR Infrared light to heat the body in an enclosed cabin. Infrared light is the invisible light that is part of the sun’s spectrum. As humans, our visible spectrum goes from red to violet; whereas infrared, meaning 'below red', and ultraviolet, meaning 'above violet' go beyond the visible spectrum. Our infrared saunas use the far part of the infrared spectrum to create a deeper, more balanced sauna experience.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy-healing modality where the trained practitioner uses their hands as energy portals to channel energy, release blockages, and balance energy. Energy healers use reiki in many forms to release body tension, expel toxic energy and lift vibrations. Crystals and traditional massage techniques can also be used to further promote healing and protection.

Assisted Stretching

Stretch therapy is an immersive sequence that includes stretching, fascial remodeling, strengthening, and relaxation. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility and mobility. We offer a one-hour, full-body session for total relief and relaxation or a 30-minute isolated stretch session to target problem areas. Clients should wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.

Facial Cupping

Facial cupping is a non-invasive treatment that works to minimize the effects of sun and environmental damage, and aging. It has been found to be very effective in eliminating wrinkles and lending a smooth texture to the skin. It uses customized cups that are specifically designed for treatments on the face, neck and upper chest. The reverse suction that is applied, works gently to lift the facial tissues.
